Program overview

Throughout time every one of us experiences disruptive moments and periods in our professional and personal life, where the coping strategies from our past experiences don’t do justice to the current situation.

Those moments often demand big decisions, and those decisions potentially lead to new directions and transitions. However, in those moments, the decisions made often come from a place of urgency and fear rather than from a place of agency and capacity. Having urgency as the foundation for a monumental decision rarely leads to a purposeful direction or a transition with meaningful learning and growth.

Purpose Driven Leadership is a program focused on providing the mindset, frameworks, and tools to be authentic and courageous in disruptive times and make purpose driven decisions based on agency and capacity.

We believe time is essential when it comes to focusing and working with purpose. You need time to think, feel and digest.  Furthermore, we believe that being in nature and utilizing your body are great associates when it comes to investigating your inner dreams and direction. We combine all three elements in a learning journey in the mountains.

2 weeks prior to the hike we will have an online start-up session and 4 weeks after the hike we will have an online closure session.

• Snapshots of your life (wheel of life)
• Building blocks in yourself /Challenges & Liberation

Day 2: Sensemaking – Hiking (SENSEMAKING)

• Defining values
• Developing a growth mindset

Day 3: Visionizing – Hiking

• Explore your passions
• Creating of personal (vision) statement

Day 4: Pro-acting – Hiking

• Steps to take
• Strategy and plan

Day 5: Leaping – Hiking ends /stay at the hotel for the night

• Agreements with yourself and the team
• Learning journey ends

Day 6: We leave Italy
